How do I know when my child is ready for the team?
The coaches will let you know as soon as he/she is ready. It is very important for them to get a good foundation before they move on to the competitive level.

Why is Handstand John so funny?
Some people are just funny, and John is one of them. Make sure you buy lots of treats so he stays around to keep us laughing.

What is a double mini?
A double mini is an apparatus used in Trampoline and Tumbling. It is like having two small tampolines stuck together. AZOG is one of only two gyms in Arizona that has one.

How many gymnasts does it take to screw in a light bulb?
Well. in our gym the light bulbs are about 30 feet in the air. So i would say that it would take 5. One to jump really high on the trampoline and the other four to spot. It is always safety first at AZOG.
